Here you can find all the information about your vacation at Chalet Sofie in the heart of Ischgl.
On the day of your arrival, our apartments are ready for you from 1 PM. Earlier check-in is only possible upon request. On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM.
We accept advance payment by bank transfer or cash payment (no debit or credit cards).

The reservation is valid only upon receipt of the agreed deposit.
The Wi-Fi is free of charge throughout the whole Chalet Sofie.
On the first floor of our building, you will find a locked ski cellar where you can safely store your equipment. For your boots there is a separate heated ski room including boot dryer.
Upon request, we will gladly organize a bread delivery service for you.
All stated prices are per apartment and day, not including €3.00 local tax (per person and day). The final cleaning is not included in the price. You can find more information about it at the apartments.
The apartments are charged as booked, unless the number of people increases.
For a short stay we charge a surcharge. For more information, please contact us at any time. We will gladly make you an individual offer.
One parking space is included free of charge for each apartment. Each additional parking space costs €14/day in the public underground parking garage.
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our building.
